Three things we do.

Each is a full offering — scoped together, priced before work begins, supported after it's live.

What each one means

The work, in plain English.

Three services with deliberately different shapes. Most clients start with one and add a second once it's earning out — a website with an automation behind it, a custom platform with a workshop to onboard the team. The detail below is what each one tends to look like in practice.

Websites & custom software.

Marketing sites, e-commerce, dashboards, customer portals, internal tools, and the bespoke platforms small businesses outgrow Excel into. We build for the workflow you run; SaaS templates assume the average.

  • — Marketing and content websites that convert
  • — Online stores, from Shopify customisation to fully bespoke checkout
  • — Internal dashboards, admin panels, customer portals
  • — Excel-to-web-app migrations
  • — SaaS and B2B platforms with custom business logic

Best fit: the off-the-shelf tool stopped fitting the way the business runs.

AI & process automation.

AI workflows wired into the parts of the business that bleed time — invoicing, booking, lead routing, content rewrites, internal reporting. Workflows over open-ended agents, with a human approving the last 5% wherever the cost of being wrong is real.

  • — Invoice and quote generation from source data
  • — Lead capture, classification, and CRM routing
  • — Booking flows wired into calendars and confirmations
  • — Supplier feed rewrites for SEO-aware product listings
  • — Internal AI assistants trained on your own business data

Best fit: a repetitive process eating hours a week that AI can do most of.

AI training for teams.

Half-day and full-day workshops that teach business teams to use AI tools safely and effectively. Industry-specific examples, hands-on prompting, and the governance basics that keep AI use out of trouble. Anthropic-certified across AI Fluency for Small Businesses, Claude with Amazon Bedrock, and Claude Code in Action — workshops are built around the 4D Framework.

  • — AI Foundations: half-day intro for teams new to AI
  • — AI Power User: full-day workshop with real project work
  • — Industry-specific use cases and templates
  • — Safe usage policies and data-handling guidance
  • — Custom programmes shaped around your team's actual work

Best fit: a team that wants to use AI well without picking up bad habits.

How a project runs

Scope, price, build, support.

Every engagement runs the same shape regardless of which service it sits under. A scoping conversation comes first — usually 30 to 60 minutes — and ends with a written scope and a fixed price for the work. Nothing starts until both are agreed. Larger custom-software builds are split into milestones with a price for each, so value lands in stages.

After launch, most clients move onto a small monthly retainer for fixes, iteration, and the next round of improvements. UK-based, English-speaking, UK working hours.
