Three things we do.

Each is a full offering, scoped with you and supported after it's live.

Built to make your business money or save your team time.

Your website should be bringing in work. If it isn't, or the business now runs on a spreadsheet one bad formula from disaster, we build the site, store or system that fixes it.

  • Websites
  • Online stores
  • Dashboards
  • Internal tools

The repetitive work done for you.

Someone on your team spends hours every week chasing invoices or copying data between systems. We wire that job into the tools you already use, like Xero, HubSpot and Shopify, so it runs itself. A person still approves anything that could cost you money.

  • Signup flows
  • CRM integrations
  • Booking systems
  • AI assistants

Your team using AI well: the prompts, the workflows, the guardrails.

Half a day or a full day working on your industry's actual jobs, built on Anthropic's training framework. Your team leaves able to get useful work out of AI, and knowing what not to put into it.

  • Prompt playbooks
  • Safe AI usage
  • Team workshops
  • Role templates
What each one means

What each service covers.

Services combine: a website with an automation behind it, or a custom platform with a workshop to onboard the team. The detail below is what each one looks like in practice.

Websites & Custom Software.

Best fit: the off-the-shelf tool stopped fitting the way the business runs.

Marketing sites, e-commerce, dashboards, customer portals, internal tools, and the bespoke platforms small businesses outgrow Excel into. We build for the workflow you run; SaaS templates assume the average.

  • Marketing and content websites that convert , including web design for firms across Beds, Bucks & Herts
  • Online stores, from Shopify customisation to fully bespoke checkout
  • Internal dashboards, admin panels, customer portals
  • Excel-to-web-app migrations
  • SaaS and B2B platforms with custom business logic

AI & Automation.

Best fit: a repetitive process eating hours a week that AI can do most of.

AI workflows wired into the parts of the business that bleed time: invoicing, booking, lead routing, content rewrites, internal reporting. We build set workflows a human signs off, wherever the cost of being wrong is real.

  • Invoice and quote generation from source data
  • Lead capture, classification, and CRM routing
  • Booking flows wired into calendars and confirmations
  • Product descriptions written automatically from supplier data
  • Internal AI assistants trained on your own business data

AI Training.

Best fit: a team that wants to use AI well without picking up bad habits.

Half-day and full-day workshops that teach business teams to use AI tools safely and effectively. Industry-specific examples, hands-on prompting, and the governance basics that keep AI use out of trouble. Anthropic-certified, built on their training framework.

  • AI Foundations: half-day intro for teams new to AI
  • AI Power User: full-day workshop with real project work
  • Industry-specific use cases and templates
  • Safe usage policies and data-handling guidance
  • Custom programmes shaped around your team's actual work

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers about timelines, fit, and outcomes before you commit.

Where should a UK small business start with AI?

Not with the question of which tool. Pick the workflow that eats the most time or causes the most errors — quoting, invoicing, handling enquiries, chasing payments — and start there. For everyday chat a paid seat of Claude or ChatGPT is plenty, and which one you choose barely matters. The real gains come from applying AI to one job you do often and wiring it into the tools you already run, which is where we focus.

Do you build AI workflows and automation for UK small businesses?

Yes. Most of this work is taking a repetitive job — sorting enquiries, drafting quotes, reconciling invoices, chasing payments — and automating it against the tools you already run, like Xero, HubSpot or Shopify. We add an approval step wherever a wrong output could cost money or reach a customer, so you stay in control. And we train your team to use it well, so it still works once we've gone.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with UK small businesses — service businesses, e-commerce brands, hospitality, retail, logistics, and operations-heavy teams — that need websites, custom software, AI workflows, or automation to generate leads, reduce admin, and improve delivery speed.

How quickly can a project start and launch?

Most projects start within 1–3 weeks. A focused marketing website can launch in 2–6 weeks, while custom software and automation projects are phased with clear milestones so you get value early.

Can you improve an existing system instead of rebuilding everything?

Yes. We often modernise existing websites, Excel-driven workflows, and internal tools first, then add targeted automation or custom software where it has the biggest commercial impact.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. We provide ongoing support, iteration, and performance improvements after launch so your website or platform keeps generating business as your needs change.

What happens if we stop working with you?

Nothing bad. You own the code, the systems run in your own accounts, and every build is handed over with documentation another developer could pick up. Most clients keep us on a small monthly retainer for fixes and improvements, but that's a choice, not a lock.
