Warehouse & Auto-Invoicing: hours of weekly Excel → 1 min.
A warehouse with too many pallets to track in Excel without errors, and invoicing that was melting into rework. Staff now scan pallets in and out from a phone or iPad; invoices generate on whatever cadence the client runs — weekly, monthly, per-client. Room built in for the services they'll add as they grow.

A separate till and a separate WooCommerce site that never agreed on stock, plus tens of thousands of products with missing specs and no SEO. We consolidated both onto one cloud POS, then built per-brand AWS Lambda adapters that fetch authoritative tech specs and imagery, rewrite descriptions with AI, and surface in-stock supplier items automatically — all on a daily schedule with an owner-review email each morning.
