Trained on

Instructor credentials.

We hold three Anthropic certifications: AI Fluency for Small Businesses (May 2026), Claude with Amazon Bedrock (April 2026), and Claude Code in Action (March 2026). Together they cover how we engineer AI workflows, how we deploy them, and how we train client teams to use them well. The 4D Framework from the Fluency programme now sits behind every workshop above — read what it teaches.

Frequently asked questions.

  • Who are the workshops for — technical teams or non-technical staff?

Non-technical teams, mostly. The workshops are aimed at people whose job involves writing emails, drafting documents, summarising meetings, classifying tickets, building spreadsheets — the everyday office work AI now changes. Developers and engineers will get value too, but the focus is on the 80% of a business that doesn't write code.
  • Do attendees need any prior AI experience?

No. The half-day AI Foundations workshop assumes attendees have heard of ChatGPT and nothing more. The full-day AI Power User workshop builds on that foundation but doesn't require it — we cover the basics quickly when needed and spend the rest of the time on workflows. Both formats are hands-on; attendees leave having used the tools on their own work.
  • Can you customise the training for our industry?

Yes. The base material — prompting, workflow design, governance — stays the same, but the examples and exercises get rebuilt around your industry and team. Hospitality teams work through booking and review-response examples; logistics teams work through tracking and customer-comms examples; legal teams work through document review and matter summary examples. Every exercise comes from a real shape of work the team will recognise.
  • How is this different from a free YouTube tutorial?

YouTube teaches features. This teaches workflows. The difference is the gap between knowing what ChatGPT can do and knowing where it should fit in your team's work — which prompts to standardise, which tasks to leave to humans, which guardrails to put in place before someone does something they shouldn't with customer data. Most of the workshop is about that decision-making.
  • What can the team do after the workshop that they couldn't before?

Three things, mostly. Write prompts that get useful answers on the first try, in fewer attempts. Build small repeatable workflows in their own tools — a shared prompt library, a templated review process, a structured way to feed AI the context it needs. And recognise the situations where AI shouldn't be the answer, before they create a problem that has to be cleaned up. The workshop teaches productive AI use without new risks; fluency for its own sake comes second.
